How does location verification work?

💻 Playing on desktop

Simply log in and allow access to your location when prompted. We’ll securely verify that you’re in Alberta while you play. Log in → Verify your location → Play

 

📱 Playing on our apps

If you’re playing through one of our apps, your location will be securely verified using Xpoint Verify. Open the app, allow location access when prompted, and we’ll take care of the rest. Open the app → Verify your location → Play

 

What happens to my location data?

We only use your location to verify that you’re physically in Alberta while you’re playing. Your location isn’t tracked once you log out.

 

Having trouble verifying your location?

A few quick checks can usually get you back up and running:

• Make sure Location Services are turned on
• Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi
• Turn off any VPNs or proxies
• Check that your device time and time zone are correct
